If you had been doing kegel exercises during pregnancy it is good to keep on doing these as they will reinforce your pelvic floor muscles. If you are unfamiliar with this, then here is how it is done: Pull in your pelvic floor muscles, preserve the contraction for three seconds then let go for three seconds. Once you are done then you can repeat 10 times. Very easy and effective!
